Friedemann Friese Fishing

Fishing is a trick-taking card game designed by Friedemann Friese for 3-5 players.​ The game is played over eight rounds, where players aim to catch as many tricks as possible. Each trick won is stored in the player's fishing net, and at the end of the round, those cards move to the fishing boat, forming the player's hand for the next round.

The game introduces a deck-building twist, where players must balance winning tricks with managing their future hands. If a player doesn't win enough tricks, they must draw from the ocean deck, which contains special effect cards and higher-value cards. The game features art by Maren Rache and is published by 2F-Spiele.
